As always, our ingredients are of exceptional quality. The kippers are wild caught from the cold, clear waters of the Gulf of Maine and processed in small batches at Holmes Bay, Canada. And Raye's Mustard has been producing award winning specialty mustards since 1900 maintaining the traditional cold grind process. The cold grind process preserves the volatile taste qualities of the whole mustard seeds. Enhanced with natural herbs and spices every jar is a true artisanal condiment for the connoisseur. If in Eastport, Maine be sure to visit Raye's Historic Old Stone Mill, a working museum and lasting testament to the quality and authenticity of a bygone era. Our bread boards are meticulously handcrafted from local woods (maple or cherry) by a husband/wife team in their workshop.
