We are here for you! Pure Maine takes pride in the quality of our products and in our customer service. Once your order is received, it is arranged and packaged by hand and usually shipped within 24 hours from our facility here in South Blue Hill. You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order complete with tracking information that will let you keep updated on the progress of your purchase from when it leaves our facility until it reaches its destination.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know. We strive to ensure the quality of our products and service and will happily accept the return for a full refund of any items that do not live up to your expectations.
Many of our items are handcrafted by local family-owned and operated businesses and individual artisans. As such, some of our items are offered on a limited quantity basis only. We strive to maintain a fully stocked inventory to meet our increasing demand, however, occasionally an item may have to be backordered or a substitution of equal or greater value made. If this occurs, you will be promptly notified of any delay or unavailability by our customer service center.

We love to hear from you! Located in picturesque South Blue Hill, our Pure Maine service facility is nestled along the rugged coast of downeast Maine. We aren't quite close enough to fish from the window, but we can easily hear the wave slapping against the lobster boats and the call of the ospreys traveling overhead on their daily fishing trips.
